You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the game, and you should not try to translate the game into other languages or make derivative versions. The game and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it still belong to B&B Game Studio.
The game stores and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. Most player data (progression, in-game currency, preferences) is stored locally on your device. If you choose to sign in with your Google account, the game additionally uses Google Play Games Services and Google Drive’s App Data folder to back up game progression so you can continue your game across devices. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the game secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this can make your phone vulnerable to malware and may cause the game not to work properly.
Certain functions of the game require an active internet connection, including ads, cloud-saved games, leaderboards, achievements, and analytics. The connection can be Wi-Fi or your mobile data network. B&B Game Studio cannot take responsibility for the game not working at full functionality if you do not have an active internet connection.
If you use the game outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your agreement with your mobile network provider still applies. You may be charged for data use while playing, including roaming charges if you use the game outside your home territory. By using the game you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill-payer for the device on which you are using the game, we assume you have permission from the bill-payer to do so.
The game integrates with third-party services including Google Play Services, Google AdMob (with mediation to additional ad networks), Firebase, and Unity. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control these services and accept no liability for changes in their behaviour or availability. B&B Game Studio cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the game. You should make sure that your device is charged; if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the Service, we cannot accept responsibility.
While we endeavour to ensure that the game is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information so that we can make it available to you. B&B Game Studio accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the game.
We may release updates to the game from time to time. The game is currently available on Android via Google Play. Cloud-saved games, leaderboards, and achievements are provided through Google Play Games Services. The minimum Android version required may change with future updates, and you will need to install updates to keep playing.
B&B Game Studio does not promise that the game will always be updated to remain compatible with the operating system version installed on your device. You agree to install updates when offered. We may also stop providing the game or terminate use of it at any time without giving notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination (a) the rights and licences granted to you in these terms end, and (b) you must stop using the game and, if needed, delete it from your device.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
