The game is published by B&B Game Studio ("we", "our", "us") and is provided at no cost as an ad-supported game with optional in-app purchases, on iOS and Android.
You are not allowed to copy or modify the game, any part of the game, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the game, and you should not try to translate the game into other languages or make derivative versions. The game and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it still belong to B&B Game Studio.
The game stores and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your game data (progression, in-game currency, preferences) is stored on your device and backed up to an anonymous cloud save so you can continue your game after a reinstall. If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS), your progress can also follow you across devices. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the game secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this can make your phone vulnerable to malware and may cause the game not to work properly.
The game offers optional in-app purchases of virtual items such as in-game currency. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and are subject to their terms. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use within the game only; you do not own them. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies.
The game has public leaderboards that show your chosen nickname and score to other players. You must not choose a nickname that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or contains personal information. We may remove or reset nicknames and leaderboard entries at our discretion, including entries we believe were obtained by cheating.
Certain functions of the game require an active internet connection, including ads, in-app purchases, cloud save, leaderboards, achievements, notifications, and analytics. The connection can be Wi-Fi or your mobile data network. B&B Game Studio cannot take responsibility for the game not working at full functionality if you do not have an active internet connection.
If you use the game outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your agreement with your mobile network provider still applies. You may be charged for data use while playing, including roaming charges if you use the game outside your home territory. By using the game you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill-payer for the device on which you are using the game, we assume you have permission from the bill-payer to do so.
The game integrates with third-party services including Google Play Services (Android), Apple Game Center and the App Store (iOS), Google AdMob (with mediation to additional ad networks), Firebase, and Unity. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control these services and accept no liability for changes in their behaviour or availability. B&B Game Studio cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the game. You should make sure that your device is charged; if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the Service, we cannot accept responsibility.
While we endeavour to ensure that the game is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information so that we can make it available to you. B&B Game Studio accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the game.
We may release updates to the game from time to time. The game is currently available on iOS via the Apple App Store and on Android via Google Play. The minimum iOS and Android versions required may change with future updates, and you will need to install updates to keep playing.
B&B Game Studio does not promise that the game will always be updated to remain compatible with the operating system version installed on your device. You agree to install updates when offered. We may also stop providing the game or terminate use of it at any time without giving notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination (a) the rights and licences granted to you in these terms end, and (b) you must stop using the game and, if needed, delete it from your device.
